You can mix a tablespoon of Cinnamon with a tablespoon of honey and few drops of coconut oil, apply it to your scalp while massaging to help the penetration process. This latter comes from Sri Lanka and considered to be the better quality and the true cinnamon. Therefore, it is healthier and more expensive. The slight difference between the two types relies on the amount of coumarin that is used for flavour.
