Usage: Take 2 table spoons of Senna Leaves, and add add to a cup and a half of water. Bring to the boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Then strain and have it the next morning on an empty stomach. It will empty the bowels in 5 or 6 hours.
May experience cramps. This is normal. the process should be repeated for 7 days.
